Hi We have a large coal mine and simulated it in ventsim. I needed to learn total mine resistance so i take a look at summary window after selecting all mine airways. mine resistance (exluding duct) is about 0.05028 ns2/m8 which is anormal because one simple airway in the mine is almost equal to it. But when ı completely remove main exhaust fans from simulation and try to take a look at summary window, mine resistance is about 51 ns2/m8 (which is more logical result) . what am i missing? what is the logic behing that . ı will be grateful if you explain. thank you

Hi. ı can easily compare airflow quantitiy of ventilation records and simulated airflow values. But the most important thing ı want to see in the compare window is airflow direction in simulated airflow data and airflow direction in ventlog airflow record data matches or not. In ventlog new station tab, ı mark "Normal airflow direction" setting. But when ı enter airflow records ı cannot enter a direction data about airflow. So ı want to learn is there a way to see if simulated direction and real direction of airflow matches easily? Thank you..

Hi. We use microsoft excel to store the ventilation records belong to our coal mine . (station numbers, air quantities, air velocities, cross-sectional area of the stations, etc) I am spending much time to enter the data from excel tables to my ventlog database. is it possible to maintain ventlog direclty recognise excel tables and easily enter excel data to the ventlog database? ı can rearrange or edit the excel tables to make it suitable for ventlog with your directives . I am waiting for your replies. thank you

ı get this error message when loading ventlog data "Column "UNITS" does not belong to table VLLocation" . after ı click ok in error window all information comes under records and locations tabs but the stations has not been loaded into ventsim. I cannot see any station on ventsim 3d plan. please help

second problem is when ı click load ventlog data ı get this error message??? and when ı click the airway which ı placed a station on, in edit airway window ventlog tab ı cannot click add records or hide station??? Or ı cannot reach chart button

Hi. via ventsim ı was locating ventilation stations on plan, ı dont know how it happened but all black windows which show data about each station has gone. how can ı bring them back? Thank you

ı used fresh vlg file and this time no problem . problem seems like solved for this time. I think ı should click save button more frequently.:) I have another problem. Althoug I used 30.01.2023 date for all records, when ı choose date filter from 30.01.2023 to 30.01.2023 there is no record in history window, if ı choose 29.01 - 31.01 ı can screen all of it. it makes no sense. why is that so?

From add new record window I entered a new record small result window “2 records added “ appeared. but there is still no record in the history list below

hello. I recently have begun to learn ventlog. ı created a vlg file and entered all stations (above 200). After that ı began to add records. ı entered about 20 records for twenty different station, when ı control them they all were appearing at the history list. then ı entered 21.th record and ı realized that this last record didnt lies in the list. I tried to find but couldnt records that ı entered. ı retried adding record again but samething happened. after a short time no more record in the list. they all gone. ı cant understand this situation . Could you please help me?
