Craig Christensen Posted July 8 Report Share Posted July 8 Hi Roy, That feature has been removed as the old license server that ran it is no longer available, so it would have just loaded to the ventsim.com homepage anyway. For now, if you need your license reset you will need to email ventsim.support@howden.com and ask us to release it for you. It only takes a moment for us to do so (but it likely won't happen during weekends). I may be able to recreate this manual release feature on the new license server in the future and then we can bring the menu option back in the software, but it's not a high priority at the moment.
