Disconnected End and Errors

I am having an issue with some of the exports of Ventsim files from Deswik that I am getting.  I try to just run an air simulation initially, i get several warnings on many airways. some of the airways are fixed to one side and should have an end which makes sense. but then there are airways that are supposed to be connected on both sides that are shown a warning as well. Is there a way to be able to fix the airways with one closed end and no closed in one action or would I have to manually fix each airway.
