When I attempted to log in it told me that the program cannot find the license. I went to the website and forcibly released it, but have still been unable to get access. Craig Christensen Posted March 13, 2018 Report Share Posted March 13, 2018 It looks like there is a firewall blocking access to our license server. You may need to ask your IT support for assistance to either configure the required proxy settings (found under the Edit menu on the license manager) or to allow an exception for VentSim on the firewall. If your company policy allows for it, you might be able to get started quicker by setting up a hotspot on your phone and activating the license while connected via your phone’s internet connection. You can swap back to your normal internet connection after the license has been activated, but you would need to reconnect this way again next time the maintenance date needs to be updated.
