Alejandro Roman Posted May 8, 2018 Report Share Posted May 8, 2018 Im trying to import an strings file from AutoCAD to Ventsim and this is the message I got. I tried 2018 and 2013 dxf and dwg files. John Armstrong Posted May 8, 2018 Report Share Posted May 8, 2018 Hi Alejandro, Ventsim is designed to imported 2013 dxf / dwg files, we haven't got 2018 support for AutoCAD organised yet... If it is saved as 2013 version it should work fine... If possible could you send me a copy of the file your trying to import and I'll try and find out the issue, Please send the file to support@ventsim.com Otherwise could you please try re-installing the latest Ventsim 5.0 (we've had one other query which solved by re-installing the latest Ventsim 5.0, apparently the Conversion tool we use to convert from DWG files was corrupted on install_ Regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
