Kingsley Hortin Posted November 14, 2019 Report Share Posted November 14, 2019 I have noted that when I inherit layers (Primary, Secondary and Air Type) that whilst the names of the layers are brought across from one model to the next, the colours do not get translated across. For my particular application at the moment, this is important to maintain consistency across models. As an interim workaround, I tried to copy the colours (or at the least the colour attributes such as red, green and blue colour code numbers) but have been having troubles with that as well. Once a colour has been selected in a model, I do not seem to be able to interrogate the colour attributes. As an example, if you note the diagram below, the first layer “Main Shaft” has a sort of teal colour applied to it. Yet, if I click the cursor on the colour, it shows black attributes.
