TuLGa MNG Posted July 4, 2018 Report Share Posted July 4, 2018 Hello Experts; I can not import any center lines as a dxf file to the ventsim on New version 5.0 i tried use File menu Import and just drag the file on to ventsim . John Armstrong Posted July 5, 2018 Report Share Posted July 5, 2018 Hi Could you please try re-installing the latest Ventsim 5.0... We've had a couple of problems reported like this that have all been solved by re-installing 5.0 It seems a file can be corrupted when installing... Let me know if that solves the problem for you... Kingsley Hortin Posted July 9, 2018 Report Share Posted July 9, 2018 Hi There, I had not been having troubles importing DXF and DWG before today. However, after the latest update (7.0.5.6), I now get the an error (see attached picture) when using the Import function for DXF and DWG files. Note also that I am now unable to drag a DXF or DWG file from Windows Explorer into the design space for Ventsim. Following your advice above, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ventsim 5.0 a number of times, reset the computer, etc. but to no avail.
