span Posted January 4, 2021 Report Share Posted January 4, 2021 Hi, I have a problem that when I import an dxf (new development) into ventsim, it wouldn't match the location of what the designated level is. Craig Christensen Posted January 13, 2021 Report Share Posted January 13, 2021 Hi, This is probably due to a mismatch between the coordinate system used in Ventsim and the system used in your DXF. You can adjust your coordinate system in Ventsim in the Settings -> Settings -> Graphics Settings -> Coordinates. There you can adjust the coordinate centre points and North direction as needed. You can also adjust these in the step during importing the DXF and it will move the incoming DXF data by the offset amounts entered: If you are having a lot of trouble with this you can email us at Ventsim.Support@howden.com with some screenshots of what is happening and we can take a look at what you might need to adjust to get them to line up.
