  1. Try Spreadsheet, it's in [Tools]/[Speadsheet], then filter by Fan, it will give you a list. Or use Model Explorer, it's in [Tools]/[Model Explorer], but here it splits Fans by Layers so it's more time consuming.
  2. The website changed a lot and you can find only normal version which acts as a "demo". As far as I remember demo has limit of records and it's in "demo" mode until it's registered. It's [ https://ventsim.com/download/currentdownloads/ ] here. From you screenshot i take that you have "advanced" version, Ventlog comes free with "premium". The pricing is gone from Howden's website, but it was about 500 EUR at the beginning of the year.
  3. That's interesting, I've checked again on existing models. If the model is small (less 1000 airways) it works, for bigger ones it doesn't. Sidenote - mentioned 1000 airways is from fast check.
  4. Hey That's because without registering Ventsim and Pumpsim are "viewers", to create/edit anything you have to register. Your company has an license. It's most likely a key using Internet server [for details I'd read the manual]. In top right of the window you have "yellow credit card". Follow the instructions from manual, you have to enter the key which I guess is in possession of your IT department. I really encourage you to read the manual, because using these products is all about sharing license and you need to know how to release it if you stop using the application.
  5. If i underdstand correctly, then you want to change visibility of the hidden layers, then: [Scale Graphics "red arrow"]/[Transparency "yellow arrow"] 1. Image 100% visible if /2 "pink arrow"/ is hidden. 2. image with 50% visible 3. image with 0% visible
  6. In [Tools]/[Spreadsheet] you can select columns referring to refuge bays, then use excel to filter out blanks or by using data tools [Safety]/[Time To refuge bay] and setting the range to very narrow values (this highlights bays).
