I properly saved and closed a large design file, and shut down my PC for travelling. When I try to open the file, I get an error "Missing or incomplete GZIP trailer. Expected 8 bytes, got 0." We can try to recover it for you if you send it to us. You can send us an email at ventsim.support@howden.com . If the file is too big for email (>10MB) we can set up a OneDrive folder for you to upload it. You can also send it to me as a direct message on this forum. You can attach files up to 500MB.
