Select Mesh Tool

In V4 there was a 'select mesh' option that was quite helpful in troubleshooting stalled fans, fixed flows, etc. since the meshing routine usually identified a high resistance branch or conflicting flow.

Obviously there is no meshing routine with the gradient solver but the option has disappeared even for the sequential solver. Any chance of getting this back under the 'advanced select' menu? Or having a 'highest resistance' selection to pair with the 'least resistance'?

Hi Alex,

I believe we are still calculating the meshes even tho it is not used in the simulation so we should be able to add it in the list.

For the highest resistance, do you mean in the select path? We will see what we can do, I am not sure how you would use it in this case. It would tend to go through the entire mine by default.
