Shane Ambrosio Posted July 12, 2018 Report Share Posted July 12, 2018 With regard to rotating airways, I am aware of the Tools/Utilities/Rotate Coordinates function which allows you to rotate a selection of airways.. Took me a while before I knew it was there (my thanks to Craig for pointing it out some time ago). I have noticed however if you do not center the object with the "crosshair" on the screen, the rotation can occur in unexpected ways (as the crosshair appears to be the center point of rotation). I was wondering if you could not build in a rotate angle option on the "Move Airways" Tool. It should be simple enough as it would just be a ticker control with the angle / heading of the airway being rotated. I would suggest the geometric center of the object(s) selected to be the rotation point. The direction of airflow in the object could be used to give the "heading" of the airway.
