I noticed in the VentSim version 5.4 program that when I add linear methane emission to the excavation, the program calculates it incorrectly (in the older version it was correct). The problem also appears when the option of linear emission is selected (with the option "dry air gas balanced" not selected. I suggest in the future to enable methane emission in one unit, e.g. 10 m3 100% CH4 / s. Converting emissions into 100 m of excavation is troublesome. Maybe I am wrong ... I will go for help.
