Good afternoon.

Please tell me how to remotely release the license? When the operating system was reinstalled,

the computer name was changed, and the license remained occupied with the old computer name.

There is a need to release the license, the original computer name no longer exists.

The only way to remotely release the license is to email us at [email protected] , tell us your license number and we will release it for you.
