MonikaI Posted November 7, 2018 Report Share Posted November 7, 2018 Recently I upgraded to Version 5 of VentSim, however when I open my older version files (from VentSim4), under Manage Stage, where the description information was, there is now just a line of letters (ie like this QwB1AHIAcgBlAG4AdAAgAHYAZQBuAHQAIAAoAGUAYQByAGwAeQAgADIAMAAxADgAKQA=), and I cant read the information what was there. Is there a way to recover this information, or have it display correctly? Our support email address is support@ventsim.com. Also when installing version 5, it does not remove version 4 from your computer so you can possibly recover your information by launching version 4. If you have trouble upgrading to the latest version, send us the model you want to work with and we will send you back the model with the comments back properly for your version.
