Stalin
Is there any chance of creating a tool in Ventsim that calculates the gamma radiation rate (function of ore grade) and automatically calculates the thickness and type of shielding (concrete, EG.) that should be used on airways? Florian Michelin
Maybe, do you have any documentation/calculation on that?
Stalin
You can start your work with the link (https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML1122/ML11229A721.pdf). Pages 29 to 76. If I find a more specific document, I'll post it here. Read the articles below. M Sonter. Gamma dose rates as a function of ore grades in underground uranium mines. Australian Radiation Protection Society Bulletin, Vol 5 No 3, 1987 Calculation of Gamma Ray Exposure Rates from Uranium Ore Bodies. Australian Radiation Laboratory Report TR14. February 1980. Stalin
I found. I already knew this site, but I didn't know about this Javashield tool. “Ctrl U” for you see the calculations.
